Hola. Soy una mujer de 36 años de Zafra con fibromialgia muy incapacitante.
Quería saber si en mi localidad existe alguna asociación o centro de ayuda a personas con esta enfermedad.
Llevo gastado mucho dinero en masajes y analgésicos y nada lo alivia. El día a día se ha hecho tan grave que casi ni me quiero levantar de la cama. Me cuesta trabajo hablar, salir de casa o relacionarme en cualquier caso.
Me da pánico moverme porque parece que me voy a romper a la mitad todo el tiempo y el ejercicio lo veo como un imposible.
